Payment
We now accept online credit and debit card payments via PayPal. PayPal is the safer, simpler and smarter means of paying online. We also accept payments via cheque - These should be made payable to EVERYTHING BUT THE PONY. UK Postage Costs
Postage and packing charges for UK orders are - £3.95, and all parcels over £100 are postage free! Most goods will be sent using either Royal Mail first class recorded, or by Parcel Force.

Non UK customers must email us prior to ordering, stating goods required and we will quote a, no obligation, postal charge. The buttons below should only be used after a quote has been provided by us. Orders made using UK postal charges cannot be accepted.

Delivery
We aim to deliver UK orders within 7 working days (usually much quicker). However in the unlikely event that there is any delay in your order, we will notify you via email.

Returns Policy
We will provide a full refund on an item returned by you in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage costs. Returns made after 14 days or soiled/used goods will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you return items using recorded or insured delivery. We do not accept returns for books and DVDs.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you receive faulty goods please return them immediately for our inspection. We will then either replace the goods, or issue a full refund. We will reimburse your postage costs for justifiable returns. We do not give refunds on damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days of receipt.

Data Protection
We will not pass on any of your details to 3rd parties. We do not store or hold your credit or debit card details.
